Nokia Siemens Networks has demonstrated capabilities in our previous 2G deployments, and with its technological superiority it has facilitated us with the fastest time-to-market for new services, and the best value for combined operating and capital costs for mobile networks.”

“We are committed to a rapid rollout of TTSL’s network,” said Urs Pennanen, head of India Region, Nokia Siemens Networks. “Our strong local 3G expertise will allow us to create a truly efficient and high-quality network that will delight TTSL customers.
