Enforta announced the next six cities in which it will begin operations

14 марта 2007
Enforta officially announced the next six cities in which it will begin operations. <>bPlans are well advanced to launch services in the cities of Voronezh, Lipetsk, Penza, Samara, Tula, and Yaroslavl during the second quarter. Combined these cities have a population of approximately 4.5M people. This will give Enforta a footprint in 24 regional capital cities (including Moscow and St Petersburg).

Since many experts rank Russia as one of the top five wireless broadband markets in the world, it is very exciting for us to remain a leader in the market. With Enforta's acquisition of Art Communications last year, industry experts now give Enforta a 13% market share in Russia's wireless broadband segment after just two years of operations. Upon opening these new six cities, followed by eight additional cities in the second half of the year, we hope to increase our momentum.

This expansion is in no small part made possible as result of completing a third round of financing with our investor group. We are also very pleased that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD") joined the investor group providing both equity and a debt facility. As the EBRD is the largest single private sector investor in the Central Asia region, we are proud to have them as part of the team.
