Intelsat Reschedules Fourth Quarter 2005 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Intelsat, Ltd. Is rescheduling its fourth quarter and full year 2005 earnings release and conference call, originally scheduled for Thursday, March 23, 2006. The company said that the recent filing of its Form S-4 registration statement contributed to unanticipated delays, and that additional time is required to complete its year-end process. The company said it does not anticipate any delays in the filing of its annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Intelsat, Ltd. will issue its earnings release and hold a conference call on March 30, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. ET to discuss its fourth quarter 2005 financial results. To participate on the live call, United States-based participants should call (866) 356-4441. Non-U.S. participants should call +1 (617) 597-5396. The participant pass code is 13468438. Participants will have access to a replay of the conference call through April 6, 2006. The replay number for U.S.-based participants is (888) 286-8010 and for non-U.S. participants is +1 (617) 801-6888. The participant pass code is 42567292.
