Evgeny Chechelnitsky came into office as deputy general director at OAO Svyazinvest

Evgeny Alexandrovich Chechelnitsky was born on December, 1973.

In 1995 he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. In 1998 E.Chechelnitsky completed a post-graduate course at the same university.

From 2000 to 2004 Chechelnitsky was employed as deputy head of the economic and investment policy department of Russia’s IT and Telecommunications Ministry.

Since 2004 he has been holding a post of deputy head of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Communications Industry.

Holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
