Wireless bills continue to rise
According to a recent report from J.D. Power and Associates, during the past three years the average monthly wireless bill has increased by $11, totaling $66 a month.
In 2004, the average monthly wireless bill was $55. The research firm points to the rise in data services and text messages as the cause for the increase and only expects the trend to continue as other data services become more popular and carriers look to keep ARPU up.
